How to order online

1) Create an online account 

Note: RCR International Pty Ltd do not on sell your personal information to third parties.

2) Login with your username and password

3) Select the products you wish to purchase, by either browsing through the different categories in the menu or use the quick find option if you know the product name you are after.

4) Click on the ‘add to cart' icon and select size, colour and quantity you wish to purchase

5) Proceed to ‘your cart' and enter your billing and shipping addresses.

Note: shipping address cannot be a PO Box all orders must be accepted in person and signed for.

6) Freight charges are:

• Free for orders over $500, or
• $16.50 including GST for orders under $500

7) Estimated delivery times based on business days and excluding public holidays:

• VIC: 1-3 days
• NSW: 2-7 days
• QLD: 2-7 days
• TAS: 2-7 days
• SA: 2-7 days
• NT: 4-10 days
• WA: 1-10 days (Some orders will be delivered next day from our Perth warehouse depending on stock availability.  Please contact us to confirm stock holdings if your order is urgent)

8) Payment is required upfront, select from one of two secure payment options:

• Instant Credit Card Payment - VISA, MasterCard or American Express
• Credit Card Payment via Phone - We will call you or you can call us with your card details
• PayPal
• Bank Transfer
• Cheque/Money Order

9) Submit your order

10) Once your order is placed, you will receive an email immediately confirming we have received your order

11) A second email will be sent to you once your order has been despatched
